With his strange habitude of stripping he makes the atmosphere quite funny. He often fights with Natsu but also cares for him as one of his Nakama. He is annoyed by Juvia who fell hopelessly in Love with him and it seems that he doesn't feel the same as the female mage. His Ice Magic allows him to attack with ice but to lso defend or guard himself or other people. His father reappeared in Tartaros arc where it is developed that his dead body was controlled of one of the Demons from Zeref's book.
Now it is also known that the name if Gray's father was Silver and his mother was named Mika.
